In order to ensure the best product with higher quality to the clients, we have designed our own action plan and we are pleased for the successful implementation of the plan.

Some of the activities as per the action plans are below –

Fabric

We always careful for the below point in order to ensure the good quality of fabrics.

We make sure that the right yarn count selection as well as right knitting gauge.
We follow up the knitting process in order to ensure the good quality and smooth production.
We checked the fabric weight that it must be achieved the buyer’s required GSM.
We usually test the fabric in house shrinkage test in order to pass the shrinkage.
Fabric color must be matched with pantone number and with approved lab dips.
We are very much conscious about color fastness, staining, rubbing, tear strength & shade deviation.
Especially we are collecting the test report from fabric supplier before deliver the fabric.

During the product development we can send the fabric swatch as per buyer’s requirements.

Sample

As per buyers requirement we make the style /offer/development samples with similar construction fabrics but color & trims are available but try to match as buyer’s requirement without any cost. If buyer needs the samples with different fabrication then we can do, but need to make sure that the order will be placed with us. Whatever the qty the customer demands, we can do that for our valuable customer. Fit Sample + PP samples + Photo samples & SMS we are doing as buyer’s requirement after negotiating the order. Quality Control in order Execution

We closely monitor orders from the moment of sampling to the time of shipment. We provide updated status on sampling, production and shipment to our buyers on a regular basis. A pro-active approach is maintained towards the identification of problem areas and immediate application of corrective measures to ensure timely delivery of products. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and cover criteria like design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

Production

Before starting production we always do a Pre-Production meeting with the factory concerns. During production a QA officer always stay in production area. Besides that, related merchandiser also goes to production unit randomly

Final inspection

QA manager & related merchandiser do the Inline inspection, pre-final and final inspection as AQL-2.5 or as per buyer requirement. We realize that every customer is unique and his or her needs may vary.

Documentation

We ensure that the shipping documents are in accordance with the specific requirements of the order as stated by the Letter of Credit. We ensure prompt sending of shipping documents to avoid any discrepancies.

Other Service

We also keep buyers informed about the market trends, new developments in industry, changes in Govt. policy and regulations etc. as far as possible. Inform buyers about new fabrics, designs and fashion trends within our knowledge. Receive buyers visiting area, Sending invitation letter to obtain visa , arrange hotel bookings on their behalf plan their meetings with appropriate us & other suppliers and try to provide all reasonable assistance that a buyer may need in a foreign land to make his visit comfortable and useful.
